Klang Bak Kut Teh
Rain.. rain.. rain..
It is so cold today..
So, I decided to go to Klang with ky to try so-called-best klang best Bak Kut Teh (BKT). The shop name is You Hou Fook, which is located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Thank to Min Ying for introducing such a good BKT shop.
We ordered claypot BKT (dry and wet) and some yau char kwai. Below are some pictures taken there. The pork can almost melt in my mouth. For the dry BKT, they add in chilli, lady’s finger and some dried cuttle fish. 
This shop is almost perfect except for their rice. They should’ve serve oil rice instead of normal rice. Anyway, this shop is definitely worth to try.
